Nurse Practitioner, PHCNP
Twenty years of hospital-based medicine across emergency, ICU, oncology and palliative care, now devoted to whole-person primary care. Certified through Toronto Metropolitan University and board-certified with the AANP, Cheryl believes women deserve compassionate, evidence-based care that helps them feel heard, informed and confident in their health decisions.

Registered Nurse, NP Student
More than twenty years of nursing across emergency, ICU and outpost medicine, currently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at D'Youville University. Hannah's focus is supporting women through all stages of life, with sexual health and wellness included, helping every woman feel strong, confident and connected to herself again.
Frequently asked questions
What is the ACE membership?
An ongoing care relationship with ACE's Nurse Practitioner-led team: a comprehensive initial consultation, a personalized care plan and connected support through the year, virtual or in person. It starts with a $275 initial consultation, then plans starting at $49 per month.
Who is it for?
It is designed for anyone who wants continuity in their care: menopause and hormone care, weight and metabolic health, sexual health, chronic condition monitoring and preventative care in one place.
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Everyday health visits are open to everyone at $80 per 20 minute visit, and wellness services like IV therapy, iron infusions and vitamin injections are available to members and non-members.
Is care covered by OHIP?
Nurse Practitioners are currently unable to bill OHIP, so ACE operates on a fee-for-service basis. Payment is required at the time of service. Receipts can be submitted to private insurance where your plan allows, and may potentially be written off at tax time.
Do prices include HST?
Direct patient care and therapy do not include HST. Cosmetic services such as IV therapies and forms do.
Do iron infusions require a consultation?
Yes. Every iron infusion starts with an $80 consultation, including an assessment and bloodwork, to confirm it is clinically appropriate for you. The $80 consultation fee is applied toward your infusion cost.
Can I see someone virtually?
Yes. Visits are available virtually or in person depending on your preference and what your concern requires.
Where are you located?
Our new clinic is at 737 Notre-Dame St, Unit 211, Embrun, ON K0A 1W1, upstairs at the Boston Pizza plaza, opening soon. Until then we see patients in Russell, and virtual visits are available across Ontario.
