ACE Women's Healthcare Packages

Our healthcare packages are designed to provide ongoing support from a team that gets to know you, your health history, and your goals. From women's health and prevention to chronic conditions, weight management, and sexual wellness, your care is tailored to what you need.
All packages include a $275 comprehensive initial consultation to review your health history, symptoms, concerns, medications, and goals and develop an individualized care plan.
Follow-up visits may include reviewing bloodwork and other results, adjusting medications and treatment plans, monitoring weight-loss medications, addressing new or ongoing health concerns, and providing intimacy and sexual wellness coaching.
Appointments are available in person or virtually. Packages are non-transferable. Nurse Practitioners cannot bill OHIP, so ACE operates on a transparent fee-for-service basis.

Sexual concerns can be physical, hormonal, emotional and relational. Our sex and intimacy coaching provides a private, supportive space to explore concerns related to desire, intimacy, sexual function and relationships.

Twenty years of hospital-based medicine across emergency, ICU, oncology and palliative care, now devoted to whole-person primary care. Certified through Toronto Metropolitan University and board-certified with the AANP, Cheryl believes women deserve compassionate, evidence-based care that helps them feel heard, informed and confident in their health decisions.

More than twenty years of nursing across emergency, ICU and outpost medicine, currently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at D'Youville University. Hannah's focus is supporting women through all stages of life, with sexual health and wellness included, helping every woman feel strong, confident and connected to herself again.
Frequently asked questions
What are the ACE Women's Healthcare Packages?
Each package bundles a set number of defined appointments at a set price. Every package begins with a $275 comprehensive initial consultation, followed by the number of follow-up visits and IM injections listed in that package. Appointments are available in person or virtually, and packages are non-transferable.
Who is it for?
It is designed for anyone who wants continuity in their care: menopause and hormone care, weight and metabolic health, sexual health, chronic condition monitoring and preventative care in one place.
Do I need a package to book?
No. Everyday health visits are open to everyone at $80 per 20 minute visit, and wellness services like IV therapy, iron infusions and vitamin injections can be booked on their own.
Is care covered by OHIP?
Nurse Practitioners are currently unable to bill OHIP, so ACE operates on a fee-for-service basis. Payment is required at the time of service. Receipts can be submitted to private insurance where your plan allows, and may potentially be written off at tax time.
Do prices include HST?
Consultations, visits, packages and vitamin injections do not include HST. IV therapies and medical forms are plus HST, and that is shown beside those prices.
Do iron infusions require a consultation?
Yes. Every iron infusion starts with an $80 consultation, including an assessment and bloodwork, to confirm it is clinically appropriate for you. The $80 consultation fee is not applied toward the infusion cost.
Can I see someone virtually?
Yes. Visits are available virtually or in person depending on your preference and what your concern requires.
