Everyday Health Visits
Quick access to care for common acute concerns: infections, minor injuries, skin conditions, sick notes, and prescription renewals. Virtual or in person depending on symptoms.
Ear Flushing
Syringing of ears to remove foreign bodies or ear wax. An assessment is completed first to ensure there is no perforated eardrum or other contraindication.
Form Completion
Medical forms with a detailed review of your history and medications, a physical exam if needed, and submission on your behalf. Includes disability tax credit (T2201) forms.
MTO Medical Form
Includes a physical assessment, form completion, and submission to the MTO. Inquire for details.

Initial Iron Assessment
Iron Infusion
Every iron infusion starts with a $150 Initial Iron Assessment, including bloodwork when needed, to confirm it is clinically appropriate for you. Infusion prices depend on the type of iron and the number of treatments.
Nurse Practitioners are currently unable to bill OHIP, so ACE operates on a fee-for-service basis. We do not bill insurance companies directly, and all services must be paid for at the time they are rendered.
